The Professional Pilot Course was designed for students that wish to learn to fly helicopters with the intention of becoming a commercial pilot. The course differs to our other courses in its structure, it is a semi-integrated course combining the PPL, Hour Building and CPL into one.

EXPLORE THE PROFESSIONAL PILOT COURSE STRUCTURE
Stage 1 of the Professional Pilot Course consists of achieving your Private Pilot License by completing a minimum of 45 flying hours. By completing your PPL and skills test you will be allowed to fly for pleasure rather than being able to earn from flying. Secondly, you will also complete your skills flight test
During this stage you will complete your Robinson R44 type rating, this will enable you to fly a larger machine and will be the machine you start your Commercial Pilot Career on. Stage 2 will also give you an additional 40 hours on the Robinson R22 to allow you to improve and hone your pilot skills.
Stage 3 is an exciting part of our Professional Pilot Course offering you the opportunity to conduct your hour building at one of our international partner schools. Phoenix International will offer you experiences such as landing on rooftops, mountain flying, snow flying and much more. During stage 3 you will also complete your ATPL exams.
Stage 4 marks the end of your Professional Pilot Course and the start of your commercial pilot career. During stage four our will complete your commercial practical course and night flying.
