Well done to Ray Jewitt for passing his PPL (H) first time September 2013
November 10, 2017
Ray Jewitt quit his job in pursuit of a new career as a helicopter pilot, Ray is completing our zero to hero CPL which will take him from zero hours experience to a fully qualified commercial helicopter pilot. Last week Ray achieved one of the major milestones of the course by completing his private pilots licence (PPL)
Ray will now complete the structured hour building stage of the course as well as studying for his ATPL exams. The structured hour building stage can be one of the best and most enjoyable stages of the course as Ray can hire the helicopter for himself and take family and friends up with him, visiting hotels and private landing sites. The structured hour building course will also see him fly regularly with an instructor to keep Ray on track for his CPL flying course. Thanks to our growing fleet of aircraft and our new ground school tution program Ray should be a commercial pilot in a matter of months.
