Congratulations to Richard Willshire PPL Pass - March 2014

The PPL licence consists of a minimum of forty five hours flight training as well as nine written exams. This takes a considerable amount of dedication to learn both the practical and theoretical elements of flying a helicopter. These reasons make the PPL licence such a rewarding achievement and one to be very proud of.

Richard can now share his passion for flying with friends and family by taking them up with him. The EASA licence is recognised throughout Europe so Richard could also use his license abroad. Many PPL graduates choose to add additional type rating on to their licence this will enable Richard to take command of different aircraft. A popular next step is to add the Robinson R44 to your licence, this aircraft allows for an extra two passengers.
